- Manage the end-to-end recruitment of mid-to-senior level roles for local marketing/service, manufacturing, and functional departments in Vietnam.
- Manage recruitment channels, including developing local online channels and maintaining relationships with headhunters.
- Conduct competitor/role mapping, analyze recruitment data, and optimize recruitment processes and systems.
