About the Role
Our client is expanding its semiconductor manufacturing capabilities in Vietnam and is looking for an experienced R&D professional to join the Semiconductor Substrate / Package Substrate development team.
This role focuses on new product development, process development, technology improvement and reliability evaluation, working closely with customers and technology partners.
