JOB SUMMARY
Our client is a leading multinational company in the electronics / high-tech manufacturing industry, currently looking for a Process Engineer to join the CS PKG / PCB Manufacturing team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, controlling and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high efficiency, product quality and cost effectiveness.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
- Experience in PCB, semiconductor package, electronics manufacturing or related fields.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing process and process improvement.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks 3D or other 2D/3D drawing/layout software.
- Good command of Excel & PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Fluent English or Korean, especially listening and speaking.
