JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced IE / Lean Manager to lead Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing activities across the Vietnam plants.
The role will focus on resource optimization, Lean transformation, continuous improvement, plant layout optimization, manpower and space efficiency , while developing and coaching IE/Lean teams across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong recent experience in IE and/or Lean Manufacturing , particularly within the last 10 years.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment , preferably in a large-scale or multinational manufacturing organization.
- Experience leading or developing a team of IE/Lean engineers from min 5 years is required.
