Must have:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years B2B customer service
- Basic communication in English
- Patient, customer-oriented, detail oriented, well organized, work well with system, & quick learning
- Able to do multi-task as well as handle workload in a high volume and fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with factory automation/ electric devices
- Kaizen mindset
- Good strategic thinking and planning skills
