Holders of a Second Officer or Third Officer Certificate of Competency with relevant experience in shore-based shipping operations and support offices. - Thorough knowledge and practical experience in Voyage Charter and Time Charter contracts, particularly for oil tankers and gas carriers(Asbatank, Shell CPs, Total, ect...) - Proven ability to independently manage, supervise, and coordinate the operations of at least three vessels simultaneously, although, always, under supervision of company's operation manager. - Strong operational, commercial, and coordination skills, with a sound understanding of vessel operations and charter-party requirements.
