PROGRAM ANALYST

Major duties
- You will receives, processes and tracks all employee reimbursement requests.
- You will monitor the execution of the budget plan and where appropriate, recommends reductions and transfer of funds.
- You will prepares and tracks all outgoing funding necessary to fund service support agreements, vehicles and other purchased services.
- You will serves as the NAVSEA Funding Program Coordinator, managing funds and reporting monthly balances to NCC upper management and NAVFAC HQs
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: sector (1) Assists in execution of funds provided (2) Acts as a Command Training Coordinator and performs all duties needed to assist NCC personnel in all aspects of training to meet individual needs (3) Prepares all SF-182 training requests and ensures approval. (4) Assists in managing the Centrally Managed Non-Technical (CMNT) Plan. Serves as Certifying Officer (CO) for the Defense Travel System (DTS) for Command s (5) Serves as the Approving/Billing Official (A/BO) and Certifying Officer for Micro Purchase Card Program and performs all duties needed to complete reconciliation of monthly credit card statements.
