SUPV FINANCIAL MGMT ANALYST

You will serve as a JSF International SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Cooperative and Foreign Military Sales Programs of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.

Major duties

• You will serve in a senior Deputy financial management leadership role supporting JSF, providing advice, guidance, and recommendations on complex financial management, program execution, and resource matters.
• You will supervise, provide leadership and technical guidance to Navy JSF International Financial Management Analysts supporting FMS and Cooperative Program requirements, including workforce development, workload management, and performance.
• You will provide oversight of FMS financial management activities, including funding, labor, reconciliation, and FMS Administrative (FMS Admin) requirements and execution.
• You will serve as a subject matter expert for current and emerging financial management systems and tools, identifying requirements, resolving issues, and supporting the development and implementation of new financial capabilities.
• You will analyze financial and program execution information, advise senior leadership, and coordinate across program offices and internal and external stakeholders to identify risks, resolve complex issues, and improve financial management processes

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying advanced financial management concepts, principles, practices, laws, regulations, and policies in support of complex international programs; Providing financial management support and oversight for international Cooperative Programs, including planning, budgeting, execution, analysis, and coordination of multinational program requirements; Managing or providing oversight of Foreign Military Sales Administrative (FMS Admin) resources, including requirements development, funding allocation, labor, execution, tracking, forecasting, and reporting; Utilizing financial management systems and tools to analyze financial information, identify and resolve system or process issues, maintain data integrity, and support the development or implementation of new financial capabilities; Providing leadership, oversight, technical guidance, and mentorship to financial management personnel, including establishing priorities, managing workload, developing the workforce, and promoting consistent financial management practices; and Advising senior leadership and coordinating with program offices, international program stakeholders, and cross-functional organizations to resolve complex financial, resource, and programmatic issues.
