Aircraft Overhaul & Repair Supervisor I
You will serve as a Aircraft Overhaul & Repair Supervisor in the MRO Production Department, Production Lines Division of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Major duties
- You will establish some of the performance standards for the accomplishment of the work of unit and assists others in determining overall performance standards
- You will determine and make recommendations as to the numbers and types of employees required considering trade-skills requirements and personnel availability.
- You will determine priorities and assignment of work to be done by subordinates and assigns tasks to subordinates on the basis the capabilities and availability of the individuals involved.
- You will monitor the quality aspect of the work of artisans under his/her control by ensuring all work is inspected in the proper sequence prior to submitting to Quality Assurance for verification.
- You will discuss continuing work problems with higher levels of supervision, recommends appropriate changes in procedures, and gives advice on the probable effect at working levels of changes proposed by others.
Qualifications

I am considered an expert and work with a high degree of independence.
