Infrastructure Engineer (Ready-to-Join ASAP)

We are looking for a security-minded Infrastructure Engineer who is ready to join ASAP. You will be responsible for building, locking down, and operating highly controlled systems. This role goes beyond standard IT infrastructure; you will be designing and maintaining specialized, isolated environments (such as cyber labs and testing ranges) that require a strong understanding of system hardening, strict access control, and secure architecture.

Core Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of virtualization and access management (Proxmox VE, Apache Guacamole) and advanced Linux server/desktop administration.
• Solid understanding of secure networking fundamentals (routing, advanced firewalling, VPN, VLANs, and strict network segmentation).
• Proven experience in deploying, configuring, maintaining, and hardening Linux-based systems against unauthorized access.
• A security-first mindset with the ability to build resilient infrastructure that supports safe and isolated testing environments.

Strongly Preferred (Big Plus):

• Experience designing or maintaining specialized infrastructure environments (e.g., Cyber Range Labs, CTF environments, or Red/Blue team infrastructure).
• Deep understanding of the Linux Kiosk concept: running Linux in single-purpose/locked-down mode, restricting user privileges, disabling shell access, and locking system settings.
• Hands-on experience with auto-login mechanisms, strict session control, and application whitelisting.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, including penetration testing, malware analysis, and the deployment of network security tools.
