Service Technician (m/f/d) - After-Sales Marine Equipment

• Locations of assignment are worldwide at the respective location of the mega yachts (approx. 65%)
• Processing of customer orders at our company headquarters in Ganderkesee

NAU Steuerungstechnik GmbH is a medium-sized company headquartered in Ganderkesee. We operate worldwide in the exclusive outfitting of yachts with electrical and pneumatic control and drive systems custom-made for our customers.

These include weather- or waterproof sliding and folding doors, fire protection doors, windbreakers, hatches, as well as many other custom designs. To ensure our high quality standard, following the individual consultation of our customers, the development, design, and production in our house, as well as the installation or maintenance on the yacht, are carried out by our employees.

Your tasks:

• independent processing of customer orders
• communication with our customers
• preparation of quotations and preparation of orders
• regular performance of maintenance work, repairs, and assembly of the systems on the yachts
• documentation and follow-up of orders

What you bring with you:

• completed training as Mechatroniker (m/f/d), Techniker (m/f/d), or similar training
• responsible, independent, and precise way of working
• enjoyment of customer contact
• high level of independence and good self-organization
• willingness to travel
• good English skills
