Executive Assistant (M/F)

NaturePlast, created in 2007, is looking for an Executive Assistant (M/F) to join its team of 10 employees as part of a position replacement. Natureplast is a Normandy-based company specializing in the formulation and distribution of bioplastic raw materials. We support clients in various sectors such as packaging, agriculture, and automotive, by offering them innovative and responsible material solutions. More information on the site www.natureplast.eu Your missions: Under the responsibility of the President of the company within a team of 10 people, your main activities will be:

• Sales administration and assistance to the sales team by taking charge of client account management, orders, and invoicing;
• Relationship with the external provider for accounting (monthly reporting and balance sheet) and social/HR (payroll variables);
• Management of employee files (HR, mutual insurance, occupational medicine, etc.);
• Monitoring supplier invoices and their payment;
• Purchasing of raw materials and company consumables;
• Management of logistics operations in shipping and receiving;
• Telephone and physical reception; mail processing.

Your profile: Do you wish to become an actor in sustainable development and fully involve yourself in the ecological transition? Do you have at least a Bac +2 degree in management, administration, accounting, assistant manager, or an equivalent field? Do you master English in a professional context, and office tools (Pack Office, Sage gestion commerciale)? Do you have work experience in an equivalent position in an SME and are you able to manage your missions autonomously?

We offer:

A new and pleasant workplace, a full-time CDI with daytime hours, additional compensation linked to profit-sharing, and a training period with the current holder of the position.

A starting salary in the range of 24 to 28 k€ per year depending on experience and profile, followed by an annual salary reassessment.
