Location: Ciudad Satelite Naucalpan, Estado de México Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm Modality: On-site

At Naturasol, we are looking for a Regulatory Head passionate about regulatory compliance and product development. If you have experience in food regulation, labeling, and national and international regulations, this opportunity is for you.

What will you do?

• Lead regulatory activities related to products, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Review and approve labels, nutritional tables, ingredients, allergens, and commercial claims.
• Ensure compliance with NOM-051, COFEPRIS requirements, FDA, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate the regulatory development of new products and reformulations.
• Manage regulatory requirements for food exportation.
• Coordinate internal, external, and client regulatory audits.
• Follow up on indicators, action plans, and continuous improvement of the area.
• Lead the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure compliance with business objectives.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Nutrition, QFB, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the food and beverage industry.
• At least 2 years leading teams.
• Experience in processed food, snacks, appetizers, beverages, supplements, or food manufacturing companies.
• Solid knowledge in:
• NOM-051.
• COFEPRIS.
• Ley General de Salud.
• FDA Food Labeling.
• FSMA.
• Nutritional labeling.
• Nutritional calculation.
• Ingredients and allergens.
• Packaging development and review.
• Food exportation to the United States.
• Basic-intermediate English (reading technical documentation).
• Intermediate-advanced Excel.
