Industrial Services Maintenance Technician - With experience

Objective:

Execute and control the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities of the equipment and facilities that make up the plant's Industrial Services, guaranteeing their availability, reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.

Functions:

1. Execute the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of the equipment and Industrial Services systems of the plant.
2. Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of high and low pressure compressors, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, reserve water tanks, motors, valves, and distribution networks.
3. Verify and control the operating parameters of the equipment, timely identifying abnormal conditions, leaks, vibrations, overheating, and possible failures.
4. Execute disassembly, assembly, lubrication, adjustment, alignment, and replacement of mechanical and electrical components.
5. Maintain the availability and reliability of the compressed air, steam, water, and cooling systems required for the plant's operation.
6. Record the activities performed, failures found, spare parts used, and equipment conditions in the work orders.
7. Attend to and solve failures that may affect production continuity, timely reporting those that require specialized intervention.
