Production Engineer
Your tasks
Plan, lead, and supervise the production team to achieve productivity, product quality, and on-time delivery while ensuring safety and efficient resource use.
- Plan and allocate resources and capacity to meet production targets effectively
- Lead and supervise the production team to maintain safe work areas and processes that optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage plant operations to meet production schedules with minimal stoppages and disruptions, ensuring high productivity standards
- Participate in achieving ISO9001 Quality Objectives to uphold product and service quality
- Train, coach, and reward workers to improve competencies and promote effective work methods
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure delivery of products in full and on time to meet customer requirements
- Monitor and control operational costs to maintain cost-effectiveness and support lean operations
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, especially in Civil Construction
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation machines is an advantage
- Strong analytical, conceptualization, and innovative thinking skills applied with a proactive safety mindset
- Collaborative team player adaptable to diverse working environments
