Middle Office Supply Chain Finance Manager (M/F)

You will join the COO CIB department, and more specifically the GBO perimeter as a Middle Office Manager dedicated to Supply Chain Finance operations within the Trade Finance perimeter, as part of a team composed of 5 employees.

Global Trade secures and finances its clients' international operations. You will participate in managing Natixis' risk exposure in Supply Chain Finance operations and support the development of this activity, which is at the heart of the strategic plan and investments of the Global Trade business line.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

• Manage the responsibility of a portfolio of files for which you perform the setup and ensure follow-up (borrower's contractual obligations, management of commitments and guarantees received, reporting.);
• Be the guarantor of compliance with credit committee decisions and the correct recording of signature commitment limits (including within the framework of banking pools and syndicated operations);
• Ensure permanent monitoring of the risk and collateral related to these financings (documentary collateral and, if necessary, analyze exposures according to daily market price fluctuations) in compliance with the limits and ratios granted by the Risk Management Department;
• Ensure documentary collection and the verification of counterparty vetting (clients and banks);
• Actively participate in structuring projects around the Supply Chain Finance activity, particularly IT tool projects such as SCF and RMT.

As a manager, you are the preferred interface for the front office, whose challenges and issues you know how to grasp, as well as for other actors and stakeholders internal and/or external to the bank (back offices, Risk Management Department, Compliance Department, foreign platforms, etc.), with whom you know how to communicate in the interest of the financed projects and the Bank.

With higher education, you have at least 4 years of experience within a middle office or a back office, on trade finance or financing products.

You master:

• Trade Finance or financing product techniques;
• Usual office tools;
• Ideally, the management tools used by the middle and back office.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening capacity, and you are:

• Sensitive to risk management issues as well as commercial issues;
• Able to work in a team in an international environment.

You master English with a C1 level.
