Guarantees Back Office Manager (M/F)

You will join the Guarantees Back Office team as a Guarantees Manager. This team supports Natixis clients in the control and execution of their domestic and international guarantee issuance instructions, within the Trade Finance Operations - Guarantees, Fees & Payments department.

On a daily basis, your missions will be to:

• verify the compliance and consistency of received instructions, ensuring the presence of mandatory mentions;

• authenticate documents, obtain necessary approvals, and clarify points with clients if needed;

• issue guarantees and bonds, and manage guarantee acts from issuance to release;

• draft commitment drafts based on client contracts or comment on provided texts;

• respond to requests for clarification, advice, modification, and claims, and model operations in the FBTI tool.

As a Guarantees Manager, you will participate in the transformation of the financial sector by strengthening your skills in a dynamic and stimulating environment. Depending on your experience, you may also be required to validate operations processed by the team.

With higher education, you have at least 3 years of experience in Guarantees Manager roles.

You master:

• international and domestic guarantees;
• the FBTI tool;
• the issuance and management of guarantees;
• the drafting and analysis of guarantee texts;
• the processing of Trade Finance back-office operations.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, very good listening skills, and you are:

• rigorous;
• reactive;
• organized.

You master English with a C1 level. Proficiency in another language, notably Italian or German, is a plus.
