Instructor - Experienced Level (Maryland)

Major duties

Prepare employees to accomplish mission requirements by transferring subject matter expertise of the SIGINT reporting curriculum through virtual, in-person, and hybrid solutions leveraging principles of adult learning. Make recommendations for modifying course content or delivery, and produce supplemental materials, as needed. Evaluate learners and provide feedback on learning performance.

Qualifications

The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 10 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or military training plus 8 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.

Education

Degree must be in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field, or in the relevant subject matter (for example, Mathematics for a Mathematics instructor). Military training must be at least 18 semester hours of training related to instruction. Relevant experience must include one or more of the following: training, education, development instruction, or any related learning activity. Experience must also include conducting instruction.
