Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets are met according to the weekly production plan.

Execute daily production objectives and communicate them effectively to the Production Supervisor.

Measure and record operational data related to equipment performance and process parameters.

Analyze existing production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to increase productivity and minimize waste.

Monitor scrap rates and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Coordinate with the Quality Control department to ensure finished products meet internal standards and customer specifications.

Support investigations related to production deviations and implement corrective actions when required.

Work closely with the Maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance activities.

Assist in reducing production downtime through proper follow-up and reporting

Monitor consumption of raw materials and energy usage to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Support sustainability initiatives by reducing material waste and improving yield.

Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.

Ensure all operations are performed according to approved work instructions and safety standar

Prepare and present periodic reports on Production KPIs, including:

Production output

Downtime analysis

Scrap rates

Efficiency metrics

Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Powder Manager .

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or powder coating production (Fresh graduates are welcome).

Knowledge of powder coating production processes.

Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.

Familiarity with production KPIs and reporting.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
