Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (Final offer reflecting the candidate's skills, relevant experience, and professional background) Schedule: PRN / As Needed | Flexible Shifts Available

What You'll Do

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and independence

Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being

Assist with meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration

Support residents with transfers, ambulation, and other mobility needs

Document care provided according to community policies and procedures

Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional care

Foster meaningful connections with residents and their families

What We're Looking For

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Current CPR certification preferred

Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care

Ability to provide exceptional service while maintaining resident dignity and respect

Ability to read and speak English
