Job Responsibilities

  • Provide communications, marketing, administrative, and coordination support across AREE, BPE, and Communications workstreams.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and outreach activities, including logistics and stakeholder communications.
  • Support stakeholder engagement through outreach, database management, and relationship-building activities.
  • Assist in developing communications and marketing materials, including EDMs, social media posts, videos, and promotional content.
  • Support the delivery of Naptime Webinars, workshops, and engagement events, including registration and post-event administration.
  • Coordinate Freshmen Sectoral Learning Journeys and liaise with preschool centres and stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain stakeholder databases, conduct partner research, and track engagement activities.
  • Support customised CPD initiatives through content preparation, communications, and feedback analysis.
  • Manage content updates across digital platforms, including websites and learning management systems.
  • Support key communications projects, including the annual report, branding initiatives, and website enhancements.
  • Assist in creating digital content, email campaigns, course promotions, and social media content.
  • Provide logistical support for outreach and sector engagement events, including JAE, EAE, and Playtime.
  • Track project timelines, maintain records, prepare meeting notes, and provide administrative support.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry developments, and share relevant updates with the team.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, website updates, and event coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
