Software Project Manager

Job Title: Software Project Manager – SAP Job Purpose: Manage and coordinate SAP software projects, ensuring successful implementation, development, and enhancement of SAP systems according to business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage SAP projects, timelines, and resources.

Coordinate with SAP consultants, developers, vendors, and internal departments.

Gather and analyze business requirements.

Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables.

Coordinate testing, implementation, and go-live activities.

Ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements.

Provide project status reports to management.

Identify opportunities for SAP system improvement and automation.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in IT/SAP project management.

SAP implementation/project experience.

Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

KPIs: On-time project completion.

SAP project milestone achievement.

Successful implementation and user acceptance.

Issue resolution time.

User satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications: A strong foundation in Computer Science , Engineering , or Information Technology (IT) principles.

Proven experience in Project Management and Project Planning , demonstrating the ability to lead and organize complex initiatives.

Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and Scrum frameworks.

Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .

Excellent Communication , Leadership , and Problem Solving skills.

A proactive approach to Stakeholder Management and Risk Management .

Experience & Expertise: A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in project coordination or management, ideally within a software development or IT environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines..
