packaging manger

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Packaging Manager to lead and manage the Packaging Department in a glass manufacturing environment. The Packaging Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient packaging operations, product quality, productivity, safety, and the achievement of production targets while maintaining effective coordination with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other related departments.

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Production, Industrial, or a related field.

8–15 years of relevant experience , preferably within glass manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, or a similar industrial environment.

Previous managerial experience in packaging, production, or manufacturing operations.

Strong knowledge of packaging processes, production operations, and quality requirements.

Experience in managing production teams and shift-based operations.

Strong knowledge of KPIs, productivity monitoring, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Good knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements.

Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

SAP experience is an advantage.

Good command of English is preferred.
