Purpose Of Role Be responsible for the architecture and design of the IP/MPLS backbone and fixed access network. Be recognised as an authority for the Implementation of the Vodafone Ghana IP/MPLS Backbone and Fixed Access Network. It includes advising and ensuring adherence to best practice in the design and operation of IP/MPLS networks. It also includes responsibility for specifying, testing and assurance of each new network release before it is deployed in the Vodafone Ghana IP/MPLS network. Key Accountabilities

Person Specification

1st degree and/or professional qualifications in a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience; CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE or JNCIP for example Demonstrated leadership (internal and external) in chosen field Good interpersonal and team working skills Ability to impact and influence at all levels Experience of planning, architecture, design, integration, acceptance Experience in Project and Process management Experience of budget management
