.Translational Research and Scientific Evaluation Support the evaluation and prioritisation of novel therapeutic, diagnostic, and digital health assets. Conduct scientific, competitive landscape, and translational assessments of emerging opportunities. Work closely with researchers to identify pathways for clinical translation and commercial development.

.Clinical Trial Development and Support Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of investigator-initiated trials (IITs), early-phase clinical studies, and retrospective and prospective validation cohort studies. Coordinate protocol development, feasibility assessments, study start-up, and operational planning. Liaise with clinical research units, sponsors, and external collaborators to ensure smooth study execution. Monitor study progress and support issue resolution across multiple stakeholders.

.Regulatory and Governance Support Provide project oversight for regulatory submissions and approvals. Coordinate interactions with ethics committees, institutional review boards, regulatory agencies, and research administration offices. Ensure compliance with institutional, national, and sponsor requirements. Support contract, funding, and governance processes related to translational research projects.

.Strategic Partnerships Engage academic, healthcare, industry, and funding partners to develop collaborative opportunities. Identify and evaluate new funding, partnership, and translational opportunities. Contribute to strategic planning and programme growth initiatives. Work with academic, healthcare, and industry partners to evaluate and advance novel therapeutic, diagnostic, and digital health technologies towards clinical and commercial translation.

Key Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Immunology, Data Science, Public Health, or related discipline. Experience in translational research, biomedical innovation, clinical research, or programme management. Strong understanding of clinical trial development and conduct. Familiarity with regulatory and ethical requirements governing clinical research. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Experience supporting investigator-initiated trials (IITs) and early-phase clinical studies.
