About the opportunity

An established organisation is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its legal team. The role focuses on litigation and prosecution, alongside corporate advisory work.

The role

• Advise on investigations and prosecution strategy.
• Conduct prosecutions and appear in court.
• Provide practical legal advice on corporate matters.
• Work with internal stakeholders on legal issues and their wider implications.
• With strong performance, you may gain exposure to other advisory, legislative and litigation matters.

Requirements

• Law degree and admission to the Singapore Bar.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Prosecution or defence experience, or a strong interest in developing prosecution and court advocacy skills.
• Strong drafting, communication and analytical skills.
• Able to manage matters independently and work well with others.
