Your tasks:

• Planning and Forecasting: Responsibility for demand, inventory, and capacity planning based on relevant key figures. Preparation and analysis of relevant key figures to support good delivery capability and balanced inventory levels.
• Overall responsibility for the Supply Chain: Operational and strategic responsibility for the entire Supply Chain: From procurement and planning to inventory management. The goal is a reliable supply, stable processes, and efficient control of goods flows in the entire upstream logistics.
• Leadership and development of the Supply Chain team: Functional and disciplinary leadership of the two-person Supply Chain team. Further development of structures, processes, and employees to ensure a high-performance and future-oriented organization.
• Further development of the ERP system: Responsibility for the adaptation and further development of the ERP system along the Supply Chain processes. Analysis of requirements as well as implementation of customizing and system adaptations to optimally support company processes and to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Interface management: Close cooperation with Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics as well as coordination of external service providers and international partners. Ensuring a smooth flow of information and good coordination between the departments.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• You bring at least five years of professional experience in the field of SCM, ideally in the area of Supply & Demand Planning.
• Your way of working is characterized by independence, solution orientation, and your hands-on mentality. Additionally, you enjoy taking on responsibility and are able to solve complex tasks efficiently.
• You have experience with ERP systems and their optimization.
• Thanks to your cooperative personality, you inspire your team and other departments for process optimizations and convince through strong analytical skills, a high understanding of numbers, as well as very good English skills.
