Your tasks
- Welcome customers and offer attentive, personalized service.
- Help customers choose pieces, with advice on styling, sizing, materials, and jewelry care.
- Work toward individual and store sales targets.
- Handle purchases, payments, and exchanges accurately, following company policies.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders and requests.
- Record customer details, special orders, and customization requests accurately.
- Maintain organized displays, packaging, and stock areas.
- Participate in stock counts and record inventory movements.
- Follow store procedures for attendance, presentation, security, and opening and closing.

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or fashion experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confident speaking Arabic and English.
- Attention to detail and confidence handling payments and stock.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Comfortable using a point-of-sale system and learning new tools.
- Availability to work retail shifts, including weekends and holidays.
