Leadership is required to transform data into business decisions. The position leads Data Governance and analytics initiatives for Integrated Business Planning (IBP), improving information quality, automation, and decision-making in Supply Chain. The goal is to strengthen planning through automation, BI, and Artificial Intelligence. The Transformation Supervisor interacts transversally with business and technology, and will have exposure to AI and digital transformation. This role, also known as Data Governance Supervisor, is fundamental to optimizing processes and boosting operational performance. Experience as a Digital Transformation Leader and Business Intelligence Supervisor will be valued. The selected candidate will perform as a Data Governance Supervisor, driving excellence in data management.

Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and execution of Data Governance and Business Intelligence initiatives. Guarantee the quality, integrity, and security of data throughout the organization. Develop and implement advanced analytics and data visualization solutions (Power BI). Integrate and model data from diverse sources for strategic analysis. Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps. Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems and BI platforms. Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into data solutions. Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools and Microsoft Fabric for digital transformation. Manage data transformation projects ensuring compliance with objectives and deadlines. Supervise and mentor the team of analysts and data specialists. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Optimize planning and execution in Supply Chain through advanced analytics.

Requirements: Professional in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles in Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, or Digital Transformation. Proven experience in the Food and/or Supply Chain sector. Advanced mastery of SQL, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Power Pivot. Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or AWS. Experience in data modeling and integration. Understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts applied to business. English level B2 or higher. Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification. Ability to lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives. Ability to interact transversally with business and technology areas. Orientation toward continuous improvement and process automation. Ability to optimize data-driven decision-making.
