Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in motorcycle maintenance.

- Experience leading teams.
- Ability to create processes and controls from scratch.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or fleet control systems.
- Advanced/fluent English – mandatory requirement.
- Availability to work 100% on-site in Bogotá.
