Your tasks
Plan, develop, and implement English language curricula aligned with students’ learning needs and O-Level examination requirements.
- Design and implement English language curricula tailored to students’ learning needs and aligned with O-Level examination standards
- Prepare structured lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments independently to support curriculum delivery
- Deliver engaging English lessons that strengthen students’ reading, writing, comprehension, grammar, and oral communication skills
- Prepare students for GCE O-Level English examinations through focused instruction and examination practice
- Manage classrooms effectively to maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and assess students’ academic progress, provide constructive feedback, and apply strategies to address learning gaps
- Communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues about students’ progress and learning needs
- Continuously review and enhance teaching materials and instructional methods to improve learning outcomes
