Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and executing marketing strategies for the Institute and its academic programmes.
- Manage the operation, promotion and advertising of the official website, social media and online marketing channels.
- Plan and execute marketing content, including copywriting, visual and video content.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities and programme promotions.
- Analyse market and admissions data to continuously optimise marketing strategies, channels and advertising performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, brand promotion or digital marketing; experience in the higher education sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with Xiaohongshu, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media and online marketing channels, with experience in paid advertising.
- Hands-on experience in content planning, visual and video content creation; proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop and CapCut is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken Chinese is required as the role involves regular communication and coordination with Chinese-speaking partner universities, faculty members, students, and external organizations, as well as the preparation and review of academic and administrative documents inChinese.
