• Advise for customer for custom processing, HS code, CO process, checking custom clearance, liquidation....
• Co-operate well with partners/ co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies…) to provide good service to customer & also avoid any trouble.
• Effectively solve customers’ complaints (if any).
• Report to Manager/ Director for any irregularity.

• Having at least 5 years in customs liquidation, customs clearance or import/export management.
• Fluent in English.
• Have well knowledge of processing import and export goods)
