Sales And Marketing Specialist

About the company

Namibra Software Technologies builds web and mobile apps, POS and inventory systems, ERP, fintech and e-commerce solutions for businesses across Ghana. We’re looking for a driven salesperson to help more businesses discover what we build.

Your tasks

You’ll find and qualify leads, run client meetings and demos, prepare proposals with our technical team, manage our social media, and represent Namibra at events and field visits.

Requirements

You’ll need

• An HND or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• 1–3 years in sales, marketing or business development (tech, SaaS or B2B is a plus)
• Confidence approaching new businesses and handling objections

What we offer

We offer a base salary plus commission on closed deals, and room to grow into a leadership role as the team expands.
