QA manager - Functional

We are looking for a Functional Testing and Platform Operation Specialist with experience in quality assurance (Functional QA), operational support, and digital platforms. Your mission will be to guarantee the stability, quality, and continuous improvement of our mobile applications, web, and administration panels.

What will you do with us?

• Ensure quality: Execute functional tests on mobile applications, web platforms, and administration panels.
• Test design: Create and execute detailed test cases to validate new functionalities and modules.
• Incident management: Register, document, and follow up on failures (bugs) until their definitive resolution.
• Version validation: Authorize releases and deployments of new versions before their implementation in production.
• Operational configuration: Manage users, permissions, product catalogs, campaigns, and internal system parameters.
• Support and Monitoring: Provide functional support to internal users and monitor daily operation to detect areas for improvement.
• Technical documentation: Prepare user manuals, functional documentation, and periodic operation reports.

What profile are we looking for?

• Education: Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Informatics, Information Technologies, or a related field (graduated or student).
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in functional testing, application support, platform operation, or Functional QA roles.
• Technical knowledge: Design of scenarios and Test Cases. Intermediate handling of Excel (data cross-referencing, pivot tables). Understanding of the software life cycle in web and mobile environments (iOS/Android).
• Required tools: Experience with incident management systems (such as Jira, TAPD, ZenTao, or similar ticketing platforms).
