SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

• Responsiblefor tendering process, attending tender briefing, site walk, prepare and submittenders including quantity taking off and pricing
• Sourcequotation from sub-contractors and suppliers
• Involvedin cost analysis and contracts administration
• Preparetender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements
• Preparationof budgets and keep track of project expenditures
• Prepareand submit monthly progress claim
• Negotiateand award sub-contracts
• Process subcontractor claims and contractual payment
• Prepareand manage variation orders with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
• Attendproject meetings and tender interviews
• Preparematerials samples for approval

Requirements:

• Degree inQuantity Surveying, Building or related field of study.
• Minimum 6years of experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Goodworking knowledge of interior fit-out works or additions and alterations works
• Proactive,meticulous and conscientious
• Proficientin using Microsoft Office (Excel)
