Signarama CBD creates impactful signage, graphics, displays, and branded spaces for businesses across Singapore. We seek an experienced Client Account Specialist who can convert enquiries into projects, keep clients confident, and keep operations running in sync.
This role sits at the centre of our business. You will connect clients, sales, design, production, suppliers, and installation teams, like the control tower behind every successful project.
What You Will Do
- Reply to phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and walk-in enquiries.
- Speak with customers, understand their needs, and follow up on quotations.
- Help turn enquiries into confirmed signage projects.
- Prepare clear job details for design, production, and installation teams.
- Coordinate installation dates, site access, deliveries, and customer confirmations.
- Lead a short daily morning meeting with production and installation teams.
- Keep job records and schedules updated.
- Follow up after installation to collect feedback and support repeat business.
- Help reach new customers through simple outreach activities.
- Create attractive social-media posts about our projects and services.
What We Look For
- Experience in customer service, sales support, coordination, or administration helps.
- Signage, printing, events, retail, renovation, or construction experience gives an advantage.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Mandarin is preferred for client and supplier communication.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel, and social-media platforms.
- Friendly, organised, responsible, and willing to learn.
- An eye for good photos, simple copy, and engaging social-media content.
