Location: S43 Pay: £105 - £130 per day (depending on experience) Hours: Full-Time | Term Time Only Start Date: Immediate Start Available Make a Difference Every Day We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in the S43 area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them thrive both academically and personally within a nurturing school environment. Your Role Will Include: Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs Supporting children with Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Speech & Language needs Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence Assisting with the delivery of personalised learning activities Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being Building strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents Helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment We're Looking for Someone Who: Has experience working with children or young people (preferred) Has SEN experience or a genuine interest in supporting learners with additional needs Is patient, caring, and resilient Possesses strong communication and teamwork skills Is passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one What You'll Receive: Competitive daily rates of £105 - £130 per day Ongoing training and CPD opportunities Friendly and supportive school staff Immediate and long-term placements available Valuable SEN experience in a rewarding setting Opportunities to secure permanent school positions Apply Today If you're looking for a meaningful role where you can support children to achieve their full potential, we'd love to hear from you.
