Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning)
Duties & Responsibilities include: To carry out taking off quantities using Cost 'X' / Glodon or other suitable software; To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis; Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification; Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents; To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification; and To perform other QS-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. Requirements: Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying; Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience related to main building tenders; Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings; Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Ability to work with digital software (i.e. Cost X/ Glodon) would be ideal; and Meticulous, independent with good communicative skills; and a team player.
