Technical Specialist

1. Able to operate SMT machines from basic to advanced functions.
2. Have knowledge and understanding of machines in the FAT (Post-processing) process and can perform advanced operations such as Solder Flow, ICT, and 3-axis Robot.
3. Have basic knowledge of components and products, and can design processes to align with machine guidelines or requirements.
4. Have knowledge and experience in ISO, IATF, and IPC.
5. Have an understanding of manufacturing metrics and terminology, namely:

ST / CT / MT / LT / MTBF / MTTR / Operating Ratio / Operational Availability

1. Able to prepare technical sections of PFMEA / QC Flow / WI documents.
2. Have knowledge in technical science and mathematics; able to explain processes and implement them using numerical data logically and with supporting diagrams.
3. Able to work in shifts (Shift Work).
4. Able to communicate in English.

Qualifications: Age not exceeding 40 years old. Able to work with team members and coordinate to drive work forward. Able to search for and identify problems independently, think of improvement methods, and take action. Able to accept new systems and concepts without being stuck only to previous experience or old methods. Have a thorough understanding of basic standards such as IATF / IPC and have the intention to learn, implement, and promote the application of TPS (Toyota Production System) throughout the organization. Able to learn specialized technologies and be committed to working for continuous development and growth. Be a person who is sensitive to change, able to quickly observe abnormalities or changes, and should consult with relevant parties before proceeding (Important).
