SMT TECHNICIAN
- Core Experience and Competencies Required
Ability to use SMT equipment from basic functions to advanced applications. Those with an understanding of equipment in the FAT process (post-production process) and the ability to use advanced applications (Solder Flow, ICT, 3-axis robots). Those with a basic understanding of parts/products (those who can support process design according to equipment guidelines). Knowledge and practical experience in ISO, IATF, IPC. Understanding of ST/CT/MT/LT/MTBF/MTTR/Operating Ratio/Operational Availability. Preparation of technical parts for PFMEA/QC Flow/WI. Mathematical and scientific engineer (explaining and performing processes using numerical values and logical diagrams). Able to work in shifts (Shift Work). English communication.

Qualifications: Male, age not exceeding 35 years. Education: Diploma (Vocational) or higher in a related field. At least 2 years of work experience with machinery. Able to understand basic machine operations. Experience working with SMT machines will be specially considered.
