- Core Experience and Competencies Required
Can be responsible for overall quality management. Can manage documents and quality-related documentation according to IATF standards. Can perform work based on the principle of "Correct Production (Correct Work ・ Correct Process)" as a foundation. Understands the PDCA cycle and can carry out continuous improvement activities. Those with an understanding of statistics and QC analysis methods.
Qualifications: Age not exceeding 35 years. Bachelor's degree or higher. Has experience in quality management and improvement activities on the production floor. Is a continuous learner who does not cling to past experiences or traditional methods. Can work together with team members and drive operations forward. Can discover problems by themselves, devise improvement measures, and take action. Can accept new systems and concepts without relying solely on past experience. Has a thorough understanding of IATF/IPC/IPC basic standards and is committed to learning, practicing, and expanding TPS within the organization. Can learn specialized techniques and drive work that leads to growth. Is sensitive to change and can be consulted first (Important). Can communicate in English.
