Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

Assist the Branch Manager & Operation Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of store

Manage and lead a team of nail technician and customer service officer

Responsible for achieveing optimal sales

Oversees outlet stocks inventory and control

Provide professional services in manicure, pedicure including nail art, gel acrylic, cuticle removal, shaping, massage, etc.

Recommend suitable products and treatments to customers.

Build and establish good rapport with customers.

Requirements:

At least 1 year in nail & beauty service industry

well-groomed

Positive attitude, persuasive, ambitious, agressive, sales-driven

Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientated

Excellent leadership skills to lead and motivate staff

Able to speak English and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

Able to work in a fast-paces environment
