Responsibilities that Inspire: Lead and Oversee all aspects of finishing works management and execution, from initial planning to project handover. Mastermind Coordination of architectural finishes and civil works, ensuring seamless integration and impeccable quality. Expertly Review and Coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements, upholding design intent and engineering standards. Drive Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC) through rigorous inspection test plans (ITPs) and site supervision, ensuring adherence to specifications. Manage Subcontractors and Vendors with precision, fostering collaborative relationships while ensuring timely and quality delivery. Orchestrate Site Progress Monitoring , reporting, and proactive problem-solving to mitigate risks and maintain schedules. Champion Snagging, De-snagging, and Project Handover processes, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and project closeout requirements. Lead, Mentor, and Develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. Skills & Technologies You'll Master: You will leverage your expertise in cutting-edge tools and methodologies to achieve unparalleled results. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Primavera P6, and MS Project is essential, alongside deep knowledge of BOQ & Quantity Take-Off , and robust QA/QC frameworks . Your Qualifications for This Thrilling Role: Extensive Experience: Possess a minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a significant focus on managing complex finishing works. Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to excel as a Manager , leading teams and projects to successful completion in large-scale construction environments. Essential Skills & Expertise: Finishing Works Management & Execution: Deep expertise in all phases of finishing works. Architectural Finishes & Coordination: Masterful coordination of all architectural elements. Shop Drawings Review & Coordination: Meticulous review and coordination of project drawings. Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & Quantity Take-Off: Strong capabilities in BOQ and quantity surveying. Material Submittals & Approval: Proficient in managing material approvals and documentation. Method Statements & Inspection Test Plans (ITPs): Expertise in developing and implementing quality control procedures. Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC): Unwavering commitment to quality standards and inspections. Snagging, De-snagging & Project Handover: Proven track record in project closeout and client handover. Site Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Exceptional skills in tracking and reporting site progress. Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Adept at managing and coordinating external partners. Work Planning & Project Scheduling: Proficiency in developing and managing project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project). Technical Problem Solving & Risk Management: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Construction & Site Management: Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and site operations.
