The joint venture of Lufthansa Technik AG and Rolls-Royce plc. is located on the outskirts of Arnstadt, in Thuringia's largest industrial area, "Erfurter Kreuz". More than 1000 employees service engines for 50 international airlines on behalf of Rolls-Royce.

Boarding / Your Tasks

• Preparing and performing manual cleaning work on engine components
• Ensuring the completeness and compliance of work documents and engine components
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring the fully automatic chemical cleaning system
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring the semi-automatic blasting systems for abrasive cleaning of engine components
• Preserving engine components
• Pickling of metallic engine components
• Documenting the cleaning processes performed
• Performing maintenance and repair work
