N3 Engine Overhaul Services (N3) is the European competence center for the maintenance and repair of Rolls-Royce Trent series engines. The joint venture of Lufthansa Technik AG and Rolls-Royce plc. is located on the outskirts of Arnstadt, in Thuringia's largest industrial area, "Erfurter Kreuz". More than 1000 employees service engines for 50 international airlines on behalf of Rolls-Royce.

- Completed vocational training as a Painter or in a metalworking profession
- Several years of professional experience as a Painter, preferably in the metal industry or automotive industry, is desirable
- High level of commitment and reliability as well as teamwork and communication skills
- Strong quality awareness
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Good MS-Office skills
- Good English skills
Do you not meet all the described requirements or do you come from a non-aviation industry? No problem - at N3 you will work in a team and will be fully trained by experienced colleagues.
Boarding / Your Tasks
- Preparation and post-treatment of engine components for painting and coating, including heat treatment and preservation
- Mixing organic and inorganic paints and coatings
- Painting engine components using air-atomized spray processes
- Cleaning of tools and equipment
