N3 Engine Overhaul Services (N3) is the European competence center for the maintenance and repair of Rolls-Royce Trent series engines. The joint venture of Lufthansa Technik AG and Rolls-Royce plc. is located on the outskirts of Arnstadt, in Thuringia's largest industrial area, "Erfurter Kreuz". More than 1000 employees service engines for 50 international airlines on behalf of Rolls-Royce.

Check-In / Your Tasks

• Disassembly and assembly work on engines, modules, and assemblies according to specifications
• Carrying out measurement and testing tasks to determine technical parameters
• Cleaning work, visual inspections, and minor repairs on engines and their individual parts
• Checking and processing engine-specific documentation
• Working according to high quality and safety standards of aviation technology

Boarding / Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or comparable technical training
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Experience in disassembly and assembly work as well as confident handling of tools
• Careful and precise way of working as well as a strong sense of quality
• High level of commitment, reliability, as well as teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and English
