- At least 3 years of completed vocational training in a specialized field such as industrial mechanics or tool mechanics
- Experience in handling hazardous substances is desirable
- Technical affinity and manual dexterity
- High level of commitment and reliability as well as teamwork and communication skills
- Strong quality awareness as well as an independent, structured way of working
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Basic knowledge of MS-Office
- Basic knowledge of English

Boarding / Your Tasks
- Checking the completeness and compliance of work documents with the engine components
- Preparing the manual repair
- Setting up workstations and equipment - Preparing the individual parts and assemblies to be processed
- Carrying out the manual repair
- Performing mechanical processing (e.g., sawing, drilling, tapping) - Performing assembly work (e.g., screwing, pinning, bushing) - Operating machines (e.g., press brake, presses, drilling machines) - Performing heat treatments (except after welding) - Manufacturing individual parts (e.g., manufacturing brackets)
- Performing quality control (e.g., visual inspection, dimensional inspection)
- Documenting the completed work orders regarding completeness and correctness in the system
