Software Consultant (M/F)

We are currently looking for a Software Consultant to support us in our development. Your mission will be to advise and support companies in the implementation and use of our N2F software, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your main missions will be: Lead deployment projects from A to Z, from scoping to production.

Analyze client needs and advise them on process optimization.

Configure solutions according to business challenges and the specificities of each organization.

Facilitate project workshops and ensure the coordination of various stakeholders.

Train and support users in mastering the tools.

Ensure project follow-up and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Report evolution needs to the Product and Development teams.

Maintain up-to-date functional and user documentation.

What we will expect from you: You have successful experience as a software consultant, functional project manager, or business referent within the framework of a deployment project (accounting, finance, payroll...).

You have already used or configured management software such as Sage, SAP, Cegid, EBP or equivalent.

You are organized and capable of managing several projects in parallel.

You learn quickly and know how to adapt to new environments.

You demonstrate dynamism and excellent interpersonal skills.

You have a good level of professional English.

It is a plus if: You speak German.

You have already worked for a software publisher.

You have experience in an accounting firm.

You are familiar with expense management solutions.

Recruitment process: Telephone interview.

First situational assessment: discovery of the N2F application and discussion regarding its features.

Second situational assessment (independently): practical configuration case on a test environment.

Final interview with the Project Manager and the Team Lead Consulting.

Location: Presence 2 days per week at the premises in Montagnat (01).
