Job Summary

As a Course Consultant, you will manage the learner journey for assigned courses from enquiry to completion, advising learners, managing enrolment and contracts, maintaining accurate records, and supporting first-time enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire learner journey for assigned course portfolios, ensuring smooth progression from initial enquiry to course completion
• Advise learners on selecting appropriate courses based on their needs and goals
• Process enrolments, contracts, and fee payments in compliance with established policies
• Maintain complete and accurate learner records to support administrative and reporting requirements
• Provide guidance and support to first-time enquiry learners to enhance their experience
• Collaborate effectively with the Director, Finance team, and trainers to ensure seamless course delivery and learner support
